European Walnut
Cultivated in gardens and plantations for its fruit, European Walnut is not a forest tree. Distinguished by its delicate colour variations, ranging from bronze through pinks and light greys to light brown and darker markings near the heart, this timber works easily, finishes and polishes very well. A certain knot content is to be expected and either worked around or included within the work.
