Douglas Fir
A versatile softwood with moderate durability, making it suitable for both internal and external joinery. We stock old growth, slow-grown timber from the West Coastal region of Canada in the best available grade -No.2 clear & better, which gives the best results in service. Douglas Fir is sometimes called Oregon Pine but this is not a name recognised in the USA or Canada.
