Coconut
Coconut or Red Palm is produced from old plantation logs that have declined in their production of coconuts, so are felled to make way for new planting. Previously the logs used to be burnt, but it was discovered the outer parts of the log produce a dense, stable and visually stunning timber, ideal for flooring, cabinetry or furniture, making the recovery of wood from these logs an environmentally ideal process.
