Canadian Yellow Pine
An exceptionally stable timber, that works and carves easily, making it ideal for patternmaking, model-making, furniture, and internal joinery. Also known as Quebec Yellow Pine and Eastern White Pine. It was also the timber traditionally used for draughtmen’s drawing boards. Selects grade is very clean and used for Wind Organ pipes and other components and high-end joinery. We also stock #1 Common and #3 Common grades for furniture and pattern making.
